Energy-saving project for piping using air valves.
The enormous water supply energy used in the sewage system; maximizing the reduction of that energy with air valves is what we consider our mission moving forward.
Air pockets that occur in pipelines move along the upper part of the pipeline in the direction of flow and accumulate at the peak point of the pipeline. These air pockets hinder the flow of liquid, causing the pump to require more output and operating time than necessary. Additionally, in low-pressure and low-flow pipelines, they can cause a complete stoppage of flow known as an "air lock." By properly installing air valves at locations where air pockets occur, it is possible to reduce the energy required for water delivery.
